To provide an enhanced user experience and ensure full functionality of the services, Vivi Live may request access to the following permissions:

Camera Permission:
Vivi Live may ask for camera access to enable you to take and share photos or participate in live video calls within the app. This permission is only utilized when you choose to take a photo or start a video call, ensuring the necessary functionality is available.

Photo Library Permissions:

Access to your photo library may be requested so you can share pictures and change your profile picture during a chat. This permission is only used if you intentionally upload and send pictures.

Bluetooth Permission:
Vivi Live may request Bluetooth access when connecting to audio devices to provide a higher-quality audio experience. This permission ensures seamless pairing with Bluetooth devices for uninterrupted audio recording and calls.

Audio and Video Permission:
Vivi Live may request permission to access both audio and video to ensure the proper functioning of video call features. This permission is only activated when you choose to make a video call or record audio, ensuring smooth and reliable communication during your video interactions.

External Storage Read/Write Permission:
To save and manage content such as photos, or files related to the app, Vivi Live may request access to your device’s external storage. This permission is only used when you need to save or download content, ensuring secure storage and easy file management.

Advertising IDs Permission:
Vivi Live may collect and use your device’s Advertising IDs to analyze and optimize marketing strategies. This helps us better understand the impact of various marketing efforts and improve the relevance of promotions and offers.

These permissions are only used after the user's explicit authorization and can be managed and adjusted at any time in the device settings. Your privacy is very important to us, and all personal information will be strictly confidential and will never be used for any unauthorized purpose.

Device Information:

Vivi Live may automatically collect various details about your device, such as its device ID, brand, model, operating system, version. Additionally, we may gather identifiers related to your device and app, hardware details, and information from your internet service provider or mobile carrier, including your IP address (or proxy server). While using our app, we may also collect information about your device’s network type and platform, its unique identifier, and data on how you interact with various features within the app.
